Stuart is Professor of Applied Electromagnetics and Dean of the School of Technology, Business, & Arts. Stuart has held previous academic roles at the University of Sussex, Queen Mary University of London, Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Chichester. Stuart holds a DPhil (2000) and BSc (1996) in Physics from The University of Sussex, is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Physics.
Mathematics (pure and applied); Modelling of systems; Communication and Information Engineering; Remote Sensing; Electronics; Electromagnetism (Classical and QFT); Quantum Mechanics; Relativity; Newtonian Mechanics.
Stuart has research interests in: Remote Sensing; Electromagnetic Scattering; Antenna Design; Human Vision; Information Theory; Quantum Mechanics.
Stuart can provide consultancy in areas of electromagnetic technologies, optics, remote sensing, sensors and mathematical modelling.
